About the Founder
Tracy inokon
I have extensive experience and knowledge in a variety of fields. From my first jobs as a grocery store cashier, a line cook making pizza and wings (I am from Buffalo after all) to restaurant hostess and waitress, I know above all how to multi-task as well as problem solve from my time as production manager at Penguin Random House. I have also held administrative assistant roles for small businesses.
My tenacity during the frustrating ordeal of fighting for my son's special education services led me to help other parents obtain the CSE mandates their kids also deserve. I would like others to learn from my mistakes instead of making their own! Voted most reliable in high school, I maintain that same dedication for every task at hand.
After years of colleagues, friends, and family coming to me for all sorts of advice and assistance, I was inspired to found Catch-All NYC to help out other families and small businesses with whatever they
need support for.
I am a seasoned traveler and long time Harlem resident where I live with my husband Puccini and son Wylie.
