About the Founder
Tracy inokon
I have extensive experience and knowledge in a variety of fields. From my first jobs as a grocery store cashier, a line cook making pizza and wings (I am from Buffalo after all) to restaurant server and host, I know above all how to multi-task as well as problem solve from my time as production manager at Penguin Random House. I also work for the Apollo Theater as an usher and managing events.
My tenacity during the frustrating ordeal of fighting for my son's special education services led me to help other parents obtain the CSE mandates their kids also deserve. I would like others to learn from my mistakes instead of making their own! Voted most reliable in high school, I maintain that same dedication for every task at hand.
After years of friends, family, and colleagues turning to me for advice and hands-on help, I founded Catch-All NYC to provide that same support to other families and small businesses.
I am a seasoned traveler and long time Harlem resident where I live with my husband and 12 year old son.
